PERFORMANCE INTERCOOLER KIT Ford Focus ST MK4 2.3Ecoboost

Currently not suitable for vehicles with Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC).

The performance intercooler has the following core dimensions (720mm x 201mm x 130mm/stepped) and thus offers an external charge air volume of 15.4 liters (OEM 5.5 liters). The newly developed high-performance core (bar and plate) ensures optimal performance for adjacent components, such as... z.Bsp. The intercooler still allows sufficient airflow despite the water cooler and is also very lightweight. As a result, the intercooler has a total weight of only 11.9 kg. The cast aluminum end tanks were designed using CAD and optimized for the best possible internal airflow using CFD simulations. An integrated air guide in the end tank ensures homogeneous filling of the Competition high-performance core. The intercooler's inlet and outlet have been enlarged to Ø 65 mm, therefore this kit comes with reinforced silicone hoses.

Overall, this intercooler has significantly less backpressure than the factory-installed intercooler. Additionally, all our intercoolers feature an anti-corrosion coating with heat-conducting properties. This guarantees long-lasting and optimal cooling with a noticeable increase in performance.

Installation is achieved by replacing the OEM intercooler and is straightforward (see installation instructions). Currently not compatible with vehicles equipped with Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC). All our products undergo continuous quality control.
