Shipping conditions and returns
Shipping options:
Standard shipping, bulky goods, and freight forwarding: We offer various shipping methods depending on the total weight of your order and the delivery address. Shipping costs are calculated based on the average weights stored, including packaging.
Shipping provider: Depending on size and weight, shipping is handled by Post AG (post.at) or DPD (dpd.com), as well as through a forwarding company.
Note regarding international orders:
Please note that trade agreements vary between countries. Customs duties, taxes, and any brokerage fees incurred during import are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns:
Return Authorization: R-Trade GmbH does not accept unauthorized returns. Contact us before returning any item to obtain a return authorization number. This number must be clearly visible on the outside of your package.
Return shipping costs: Unless otherwise agreed, the buyer bears the costs of return shipping. An invoice showing the date of purchase must be included in the package.
Conditions for refund or credit note:
Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused and in their original condition.
Returns must reach us within 14 days of receiving the product.
No credit will be issued for damaged, built-in, or deformed items.
Special orders can only be returned in case of manufacturing defects.
Damaged items:
Responsibility of the freight forwarder: R-Trade GmbH and its suppliers package goods properly. The freight forwarder is responsible for transport damage.
Procedures in case of damages:
Note any damage on the carrier's receipt.
Notify the carrier immediately if you notice any damage after opening the package.
Claims for damages must be handled through the freight forwarder.
Guarantee:
Unless otherwise stated, all products from R-Trade GmbH are guaranteed to be of the highest quality. A manufacturer's warranty is passed on to the original purchaser.
No warranty is provided for parts that are used, purchased through unauthorized channels, or used in competitions.
Electrical parts are excluded from the warranty.
Defective items must be returned in accordance with our return policy and at the buyer's expense. Warranties are void in case of improper installation or misuse.
Product usage:
Some products may not have DOT or TÜV approvals for use on public roads and are intended for show, off-road or racing applications.
The buyer is responsible for ensuring that vehicles comply with applicable laws. The buyer bears all risks arising from the use of high-performance products and releases R-Trade GmbH from any liability.
