Sound & Exhaust system: Milltek
We carry several downpipe options. Milltek Variants for the RS3 8Y (with OPF, from 2021): the Downpipe including Hi-Flow sports cat (1.882 €), as well as the downpipes without catalytic converter V1 (1.119 €) and without catalytic converter V2 (1.573 €Important: The "without catalytic converter" versions remove the catalytic converter and are intended exclusively for motorsport/track day use, not for public road traffic.
Valve control for variable sound
The sound can be adjusted via valve control without modifying the standard system: ASR exhaust flap control RX1 (299 €), ASR CB2 (398 €) or its own facelift version ASR CB2 Facelift (425 €), as well as the GG2 Active Valve Control (449 €) as an alternative.
Suspension: KW Suspensions
For the RS3 8Y's suspension, we rely on KW Suspensions: the KW DDC Plug & Play coilover suspension (2.755 €) for vehicles with factory-installed adaptive dampers, the classic KW V3 coilover suspension (2.123 €), the V4 Clubsport incl. support bearings (5.356 €) for track day use as well as KW coilover springs (581 €) for everyone who just wants to lower the car.
Intake: Eventuri Carbon
For responsiveness and sound at the intake tract, we introduce the Eventuri carbon intake system for the RS3 8Y (2.094 €) and the corresponding Eventuri carbon engine cover (728 €Additionally, there is the BMC Sport Air Filter FB887/20 (78 €) as a more affordable entry point.
Aerodynamics: Maxton Design
The widest selection is in the styling, available separately for the Sportback and sedan. Maxton Design supplies, among other things... Front lip/front splitter in several versions (59 – 228 €, (depending on version and with/without flaps), Side skirt extensions (169 – 228 €), side rear diffuser extensions (69 – 128 €), a central rear splitter (199 €) as well as Spoiler Caps in 2D and 3D versions (144 – 164 €There is also a separate one for the sedan. Important information regarding road approval
Milltek downpipes without a catalytic converter and the removal of the gasoline particulate filter (GPF) are generally not permitted in public road traffic in Germany and the EU. not permitted and intended solely for motorsport/track day use. Before purchasing, please check whether and how a product is street legal in your country – unlike our valve control systems, many of which are TÜV-compliant, this generally does not apply to downpipes without a catalytic converter.

Vehicles with factory-installed adaptive dampers use the KW DDC Plug & Play. The KW V3 is suitable for classic suspensions, while the V4 Clubsport with top mount is ideal for track day use.
Is the Milltek downpipe for the RS3 8Y street legal?
