Cancellation policy & Return conditions

1. Right of withdrawal for consumers

The following right of withdrawal applies only to consumers:

Cancellation policy

Right of withdrawal You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

You must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired. Alternatively, you can also declare your withdrawal online via the "Withdraw contract" link. After submitting your online withdrawal, you will receive confirmation of receipt of your withdrawal.

Consequences of the revocation If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received your cancellation notice. For this reimbursement, we will use the same payment method that you used for the initial transaction. The original transaction was used, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. We may refuse reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you the NaYou have provided proof that you have returned the goods.

Depreciation & Restoration: After receiving and technically inspecting the items, we will refund you the credit note less 15% restocking fees/depreciation refunded via the original payment method of your order.

You must compensate for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for testing their condition, properties and functionality.

  • Special note for electronics & Installation parts: As soon as an item shows signs of use or installation (e.g. scratches on plug connections, mounting marks on brackets, damaged sealing lacquers), a reasonable fee will be charged for the reduction in value, as the item can no longer be sold as new.

Return & Bulky goods costs: You must return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. * Note regarding bulky goods: For items that, due to their nature, cannot be returned by normal mail (e.g., front splitters, rear diffusers, or other large body parts), the return shipping costs will be capped at approximately... 145.00 EUR estimated.

1.1 Exclusion for entrepreneurs

If the customer is an entrepreneur according to §1 UGB, then a cancellation is completely excluded.

1.3 Instructions for a smooth return

Please return the items to us complete and in their original packaging, if possible. Please use the return slip and include it in the package. To avoid damage or loss during transport, the goods must be properly packaged and correctly addressed to our address. Warehouse address to send:

1.4 Statutory exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The consumer has no right of withdrawal for contracts concerning: a) services that have already been fully performed; b) goods whose price depends on market fluctuations; c) Goods that are manufactured according to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to personal needs. (This applies in particular to orders specifying the chassis number/VIN). d) Goods which, after delivery, have become inseparably mixed with other goods due to their nature. e) The supply of digital content not stored on a physical medium (software/downloads). f) Urgent repair or maintenance work.

1.5 Premature expiry of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in the case of contracts:

  • for the supply of goods if, after delivery, they have become inseparably mixed with other goods due to their nature.

  • for the supply of sealed electronic software/hardware products.

  • for the supply of vehicle-specific retrofit/cable harness packages.

  • for the supply of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package if the seal has been removed after delivery.
