Competition Intercooler Kit for GR Yaris 1.6L Turbo

The WAGNERTUNING high-performance intercooler features a novel competition core (tube fin) with the following dimensions:

630 mm x 137 mm x 135 mm + 630 mm x 43 mm x 100 mm (stepped core: 14.36 liters), which was specially developed for the requirements of the Toyota GR Yaris. This high-performance core thus offers a 24% larger frontal area and 69% more core volume compared to the original intercooler.

The cast aluminum end tanks were designed using CAD and optimized with CFD simulations (for ideal internal airflow). The result is outstanding cooling performance with minimal backpressure. Additionally, the newly developed high-performance Competition core, with its specially designed air guide, ensures sufficient airflow to adjacent components such as the radiator. This kit is therefore ideal for racing. Optimal cooling of the charged air results in a significant performance increase!

An anti-corrosion coating with excellent thermal conductivity protects WAGNERTUNING intercoolers from all environmental influences, thus guaranteeing long-lasting and optimal cooling performance. Installation is simple (plug and play) using the original mounting points. All our products undergo continuous quality control.

The inlet and outlet diameters have been increased to Ø60mm. Therefore, this kit includes reinforced silicone hoses, as well as an aluminum boost and charge pipe.
