Wagner Tuning Competition Intercooler Kit BMW X5 E70

Competition intercooler kit for BMW X5 and X6 models from the E-series and F-series.

The high-performance intercooler has core dimensions of 535mm x 332mm x 150mm (stepped 19.2L) and thus offers a 113.5% larger frontal area and 120% more charge air volume compared to the original intercooler. The Competition high-performance core is a high-quality tube-fin design with internal turbulators. Despite its size, the intercooler weighs only 12.5kg. The end tanks are made of cast aluminum and have been optimized using CFD flow analysis. This intercooler generates significantly less backpressure than the stock intercooler. Additionally, all our intercoolers feature an anti-corrosion coating with heat-conducting properties. This guarantees long-lasting and optimal cooling with a noticeable increase in performance. Complete, ready-to-install kit; simply replace the stock intercooler – plug and play. The original charge air hoses can still be used. Pressure tested and stable up to 6 bar. All our products are subject to continuous quality control.
