The Competition high-performance intercooler has the following core dimensions (570mm x 236mm x 150mm/stepped = 16,160cm³) and thus offers a 70% larger frontal area and 112% more charge air volume compared to the original intercooler. The Competition high-performance core is a high-quality tube-fin design with internal turbulators. Despite its size, the intercooler weighs only 10.5kg. The end tanks of the intercooler are made of cast aluminum and have been optimized using CFD flow analysis. The result is excellent cooling performance with minimal backpressure. Additionally, all our intercoolers have an anti-corrosion coating with heat-conducting properties. This guarantees long-lasting and optimal cooling with a significant increase in performance. Complete, ready-to-install kit, simply replace the stock intercooler – plug and play. The original charge air hoses can still be used. Tested and pressure-stable up to 6 bar. All our products are subject to continuous quality control.
