The high-performance intercooler has the following core dimensions (610mm x 440mm x 65mm = 17.446L) and thus offers a 178% larger frontal area and 158% more charge air volume compared to the original intercooler. The Competition high-performance core is a high-quality tube-fin design with internal turbulators. As a result, the intercooler weighs only 9.1kg despite its size.

The cast aluminum end tanks were designed using CAD and optimized for the best possible internal airflow with the help of CFD simulations. An integrated air guide in the end tank ensures homogeneous filling of the Competition high-performance core. The connection diameters have been increased to Ø67mm, therefore this kit comes with reinforced silicone hoses. Overall, this intercooler has significantly less backpressure than the stock intercooler.

In addition, all our intercoolers feature an anti-corrosion coating with excellent heat conductivity. This guarantees long-lasting and optimal cooling with a significant increase in performance. The complete, ready-to-install kit simply replaces the stock intercooler.

Tested and pressure-stable up to 6 bar. All our products undergo continuous quality control. Suitable for racing.
