With our Active Valve Control, you gain complete control over your Mercedes Benz G-Class. W463 (Model series from 2018 onwards).

• You don't need any external buttons or remote controls; you can easily control the flaps using the original buttons in the vehicle.

The Agility Select menu also offers the following functionalities:

• You can still use the flaps via the button for your exhaust system, however with the following addition:
• When the button is activated, the flaps are now permanently/fully open and not just under high engine load.

When the button is not pressed, the flaps are completely closed. This also applies during the cold start phase. Therefore, you can drive off in the morning if needed, without disturbing your housemates.

Protection of the engine (safety function)

Driving at full throttle with the flaps closed can cause damage; therefore, for safety reasons, our module opens both flaps from a speed of approximately 4000 RPM to relieve the engine.

Mercedes-AMG G 63 with performance exhaust system: 430 kW (585 hp)

Mercedes Benz G 500 with factory-installed flap exhaust system: 310 kW (422 hp)
