The ASR flap control CB2-GEN2 Enables precise and convenient control of the exhaust flaps via the driving profiles and the set button. Developed for the Cupra Formentor VZ (310 hp), The module offers a dynamic soundscape that adapts flexibly to your driving situation.

Whether sporty, comfortable, or efficient – ​​the flaps react automatically depending on the mode, while additional functions such as Easy Switch and SSA memory significantly increase ease of use. Thanks to plug-and-play installation, the system is easy to install and can be completely removed at any time without leaving any trace.

Driving profiles

• Cupra/Sport: flaps permanently open

• Comfort: Opens at 3500 rpm or 80% accelerator pedal position

• Offroad/Eco: Opens at 4500 rpm or 80% accelerator pedal position

Easy Switch (double click set or ESC)
The flaps can be opened or closed with a double-click, regardless of the driving profile. The automatic opening above 4500 rpm remains active at all times.

Series/Workshop mode
The module can be fully activated or deactivated via a key combination – for trouble-free workshop visits or original condition.

Gearbox S-detection
When the transmission is switched to S mode, both flaps open automatically.

SSA Memory (from GEN2 onwards)
The start-stop system setting is saved and automatically restored after each vehicle start.

Assembly
