Designed to meet the demanding requirements of the S58 engine, this exceptional kit features a special competition core boasting an impressive 50% larger external core volume compared to the original intercooler. The optimized ratio of internal to external cooling surface area ensures maximum heat transfer while maintaining the best possible internal airflow. The end tanks, crafted from high-grade die-cast aluminum, have been optimized for airflow characteristics through CFD simulations, resulting in outstanding cooling performance with minimal backpressure. This kit is the perfect choice.

The cast aluminum end tanks were designed using CAD and optimized for the best possible internal airflow with the help of CFD simulations. An integrated air guide in the end tank ensures homogeneous filling of the Competition high-performance core. The connection diameters have been increased to Ø67mm, therefore this kit comes with reinforced silicone hoses. Overall, this intercooler has significantly less backpressure than the stock intercooler.

In addition, all our intercoolers feature an anti-corrosion coating with excellent heat conductivity. This guarantees long-lasting and optimal cooling with a significant increase in performance. The complete, ready-to-install kit simply replaces the stock intercooler.
