The new network variant EVO3.X Developed in collaboration with a renowned Audi tuner, this intercooler is suitable for higher performance increases starting at 600 hp. The size of the intercooler remains unchanged from the standard version. Only the internal core structure has been further optimized and adapted for these higher performance levels. Thus, the intercooler ensures optimal performance. EVO3.X Optimal charge air flow with very good cooling performance. For all performance classes below 600 hp, we still recommend using the standard version.

The high-performance intercooler has the following core dimensions (515mm x 367mm x 95mm [stepped] = 16.5L) and thus offers an 84% larger frontal area and 101% more charge air volume compared to the original intercooler. The newly developed Competition high-performance core ensures that adjacent components, such as z.B. The intercooler provides sufficient airflow. It features a high-quality tube-fin core with internal turbulators. The intercooler end tanks are made of cast aluminum and have been optimized using CFD flow analysis. Integrated air deflectors at the inlet ensure even airflow throughout the intercooler. The result is excellent cooling performance with minimal backpressure. This makes the kit ideal for racing applications. Additionally, all our intercoolers have an anti-corrosion coating with heat-conducting properties. This guarantees long-lasting and optimal cooling with a significant increase in performance. The intercooler and crossmember form a robust unit and, thanks to the new high-performance Competition core, weighs only 14.3 kg. Installation is simple and uses the original mounting points (direct replacement). Tested and pressure-stable up to 6 bar. All our products undergo continuous quality control.
