WAGNER TUNING Competition Intercooler Kit EVO 2 BMW 3 Series F Series

The high-performance intercooler has the following core dimensions (520x215x145/stepped 13,840cm³/OEM 510x130x110mm, 7,293cm³) and thus offers a 68% larger frontal area and 90% more charge air volume compared to the original intercooler. The Competition high-performance core is a high-quality tube-fin design with internal turbulators. Despite its size, the intercooler weighs only 8.6kg. The end tanks are made of cast aluminum and were optimized using CFD flow analysis. The EVO 2 intercooler kit was developed specifically for the high demands of the BMW 135i and 335i. Overall, this intercooler has significantly less backpressure than the stock intercooler. Additionally, all our intercoolers feature an anti-corrosion coating with heat-conducting properties. This guarantees consistent and optimal cooling with a significant performance increase. Complete, ready-to-install kit; simply replace the stock intercooler – plug and play. The original charge air hoses can still be used. Tested and pressure-stable up to 6 bar. All our products undergo continuous quality control. Suitable for racing.
