WAGNER TUNING Competition Intercooler Kit EVO 1 BMW 2 Series F Series

The high-performance intercooler has the following core dimensions (520x210x130/stepped 11,750cm³/OEM 510x130x110mm, 7,293cm³) and thus offers a 64% larger frontal area and 60% more charge air volume compared to the original intercooler. The Competition high-performance core is a high-quality tube-fin design with internal turbulators. As a result, the total weight of the intercooler is only 6.6kg. The end tanks of the intercooler are made of cast aluminum and have been optimized using CFD flow analysis. The EVO1 intercooler kit is suitable for the first performance stages of BMW engines. This intercooler generates less backpressure than the stock intercooler. Additionally, all our intercoolers have an anti-corrosion coating with heat-conducting properties. This guarantees long-lasting and optimal cooling with a significant increase in performance. Complete, ready-to-install kit, simply replace the stock intercooler – plug and play. The original charge air hoses can still be used. Tested and pressure-stable up to 6 bar. All our products undergo continuous quality control. Now with TÜV parts certification for many vehicles!
