Competition intercooler kit Ford Focus RS MK3

The Competition high-performance intercooler has the following core dimensions (630mm x 215mm x 125mm = 16,931cm³) and thus offers a 10% larger frontal area and 72% more charge air volume compared to the original intercooler. The newly developed Competition high-performance core is very lightweight, so the complete intercooler weighs only 9.2kg. The end tanks of the intercooler are made of cast aluminum and have been optimized using flow analysis in a CAD system. Integrated air deflectors at the inlet ensure even airflow throughout the intercooler. The inlet and outlet diameters have been increased to 70mm. Therefore, the kit includes two reinforced silicone hoses. The result is excellent cooling performance with minimal backpressure. This makes this kit ideal for racing. Installation is simple and uses the original mounting points (1:1 replacement). Optimal cooling of the charged air with a significant increase in performance! All our products are subject to continuous quality control.
