The Competition high-performance intercooler has the following core dimensions (640mm x 200mm x 110mm = 14,080cm³) and thus offers a 25% larger frontal area and 110% more charge air volume compared to the original intercooler. The newly developed Competition high-performance core boasts excellent cooling and backpressure characteristics. The intercooler weighs 10.5kg. The end tanks of the intercooler are made of cast aluminum and have been optimized using CFD flow analysis for the best possible internal airflow. This guarantees even filling of the intercooler. The original click connections have been eliminated, and the inlet and outlet diameters have been increased to Ø70mm. Therefore, the kit includes two reinforced silicone hoses and a cast aluminum pressure pipe. A complete, ready-to-install kit from the turbocharger to the throttle body (as pictured). The result is outstanding cooling performance with minimal backpressure. This makes the kit suitable for racing applications. In addition, all our intercoolers feature an anti-corrosion coating with heat-conducting properties. This guarantees long-lasting and optimal cooling with a significant increase in performance. Installation is simple and uses the original mounting points (direct replacement). All our products undergo continuous quality control. Suitable for racing.
