This cooler was specifically designed to meet the requirements of your i30 N and offers impressive performance gains.

Our intercooler features a modern competition core (tube-fin) and boasts impressive dimensions: 580 mm x 150 mm x 135.4 mm + 580 mm x 62 mm x 70 mm (stepped core: 14.3 liters). Compared to the stock intercooler, it offers a massive 44.3% larger frontal area and an astonishing 101.4% more core volume.

Our die-cast aluminum end boxes were meticulously designed using CAD and optimized with CFD simulations to ensure ideal internal airflow. The result? Outstanding cooling performance with minimal backpressure. The newly developed high-performance core, complemented by a specially manufactured air deflector, ensures that adjacent components, such as the radiator, receive sufficient airflow. Perfect for racing!

Our intercoolers are equipped with an anti-corrosion coating that not only protects against environmental influences but also offers excellent heat conductivity. This ensures consistently optimal cooling performance for your i30 N. Installation is straightforward thanks to the plug-and-play design and uses the original mounting points.
