Competition Intercooler Kit for Ford Fiesta ST MK8/Puma ST

The WAGNERTUNING high-performance intercooler features a new competition core (tube and fin) with dimensions of 620 mm x 390 mm x 56 mm. This corresponds to an external core volume of 13.5 liters. Therefore, the WagnerTuning competition intercooler for the Ford Fiesta ST/Puma ST offers a 150% larger frontal area and 86% more external core volume compared to the original intercooler.

The cast aluminum end tanks were designed using CAD and optimized with CFD simulations (for ideal internal airflow). An integrated air guide within the cooler inlet ensures even filling of the intercooler core. The result is outstanding cooling performance with minimal backpressure. Additionally, the newly developed high-performance Competition core allows sufficient airflow to adjacent components, such as the radiator, and is also very lightweight. This kit is therefore ideal for racing. Optimal cooling of the charged air with a significant increase in performance!

An anti-corrosion coating with excellent thermal conductivity protects WAGNERTUNING intercoolers from all environmental influences, thus guaranteeing long-lasting and optimal cooling performance. Installation is simple (plug and play) using the original mounting points. All our products undergo continuous quality control.
