WAGNER TUNING Comp. Intercooler Kit EVO3 BMW F30/31/32/34/35/36 335i N55

The high-performance intercooler has core dimensions of 510mm x 345mm x 180mm (stepped 23.56L) and thus offers a 165% larger frontal area and 223% more charge air volume compared to the original intercooler. The Competition high-performance core is a high-quality tube-fin design with internal turbulators. Despite its size, the intercooler weighs only 13.8kg. The end tanks are made of cast aluminum and were optimized using CFD flow analysis. The EVO3 intercooler kit was developed specifically for the demanding requirements of advanced tuning stages on the BMW M135i and M235i. The original click-fit connections have been eliminated, and the inlet diameter has been increased to Ø65mm and the outlet diameter to Ø76mm. Therefore, the kit includes two reinforced silicone hoses and a Ø76mm aluminum charge air pipe. The result is outstanding cooling performance with minimal backpressure. Additionally, all our intercoolers feature an anti-corrosion coating with heat-conducting properties. This guarantees long-lasting and optimal cooling with a significant increase in performance. The complete, ready-to-install kit includes a modified crossmember and is easy to replace with the original parts. Due to its extreme size, minor adjustments to the radiator support may be necessary. Tested and pressure-stable up to 6 bar. All our products undergo continuous quality control. Suitable for racing applications.
