The Competition high-performance intercooler has the following core dimensions (550mm x 445mm x 70mm = 17,130cm³) and thus offers a 134% larger frontal area and 105% more charge air volume compared to the original intercooler. The Competition high-performance core is a high-quality tube-fin design with internal turbulators. Despite its size, the intercooler weighs only 9.5kg. The end tanks of the intercooler are made of cast aluminum and have been optimized using CFD flow analysis.

The connection diameters are Ø62mm at the intercooler inlet and Ø67mm at the intercooler outlet. This kit is optionally available with complete intercooler piping. This includes three reinforced silicone hoses and one aluminum intercooler pipe.

The result is outstanding cooling performance with minimal backpressure. Additionally, all our intercoolers feature an anti-corrosion coating with heat-conducting properties. This guarantees long-lasting and optimal cooling with a significant increase in performance. Complete, ready-to-install kit; simply replace the stock intercooler – plug and play. Tested and pressure-stable up to 6 bar. All our products undergo continuous quality control. Suitable for racing.
