The revised Competition Gen.2 intercooler kit for Audi S4 B5 and A6 C4 2.7 Biturbo.

The high-performance intercoolers have the following core dimensions (220x215x90 mm), offering a 38% larger frontal area and 90% more charge air volume compared to the original intercooler. The newly developed Competition high-performance core provides superior cooling properties using state-of-the-art tube-fin technology. The intercooler end tanks are made of cast aluminum and have been optimized using flow analysis in a CAD system. This intercooler kit was developed specifically for the Audi S4. Optimal cooling of the charged air results in a significant increase in performance!

This kit also includes visually appealing carbon fiber air ducts. Installation is done using the original mounting points and is very easy. The connection diameter is... & The outlet diameter is 53mm.
