ST Sport Springs

With over 1,000 applications, ST suspensions' wide range of springs makes them one of the few lowering springs on the market that improve a vehicle's handling when combined with the standard suspension. In addition to an attractive lowering effect, ST suspensions sport springs enable increased cornering speeds and a more dynamic driving experience.

Great look for every car

ST suspensions sport springs, manufactured to OEM quality standards from chrome-silicon steel using a cold-winding process, undergo multiple tempering processes and feature a final epoxy coating. This ensures they withstand a wide range of weather conditions. Depending on the vehicle model, ST suspensions sport springs can achieve subtle lowering of, for example, 20 mm at the front and 15 mm at the drive axle on the current BMW M3 (E9x series), a more pronounced 30 mm on both axles on the Audi A1, or up to 60 mm on the VW Golf I. Compared to the standard suspension, installing ST suspensions sport springs not only lowers the vehicle's center of gravity but also improves driving dynamics. During sharp steering maneuvers, such as evasive action and fast cornering, the reduced body roll minimizes body movements. Furthermore, compression and rebound are reduced, resulting in more agile handling.

The ideal spring rate for any lowering kit

The spring rates of ST suspensions sport springs harmonize perfectly with the tuning of the standard dampers. Ultimately, the ST suspensions sport springs, in conjunction with the vehicle weight, wheel loads, and the intended lowering level, have a significant influence on the compression and rebound characteristics of the standard suspension. Made of chrome-silicon steel, the ST suspensions sport springs not only support the vehicle's weight but also guarantee a more direct driving experience thanks to their specially tuned spring rates. Depending on the lowering level, for example, a reduction of the center of gravity by 20 mm, 30 mm, or 40 mm, the ST suspensions sport springs have different spring rates that are compatible with the standard dampers. The greater the lowering level, the higher the spring rate.

A wide variety, not just for tuning enthusiasts

ST suspensions sport springs are not only available for current vehicles and new cars such as the Audi A7 Sportback or Mercedes-Benz E-Class, but also for enthusiasts of timeless models like the BMW E30 or VW Golf I. ST suspensions also offers the ideal sport springs for even the most unusual vehicles. The currently available range of sport springs includes approximately 1,000 applications for 30 different car brands, from Alfa Romeo to Volvo.
