LEIB CAN Exhaust Basic flap control for BMW X6 | F16

LEIB CAN EXHAUST BASIC - for easy control.

Plug & Installation takes approximately 30 minutes without cutting or soldering. No prior knowledge is required, thanks to the online illustrated installation instructions. Alternatively, we recommend installation by a professional workshop or one of our dealers. Automotive connectors ensure full functionality. The LEIB CAN BUS module, with its E1 approval and CE marking, meets the highest standards for the vehicle's BUS system.

Main functions:

EXHAUST VALVE CONTROL | Adjustable in the modes: Open - Series - Closed

START STOP OFF | The engine start/stop function can be deactivated (this can be set in the menu).

Additional features:

The LEIB CAN EXHAUST modules can be operated together with the optionally available LEIB CAN BOOST module (boost pressure gauge).

User information:

EXHAUST VALVE CONTROL | Control via rocker switch on the multifunction steering wheel

Briefly pressing the RES button on the multifunction steering wheel saves the current flap mode for the next engine start.

Visual confirmation of the selected flap mode via turn signal activation - only in the instrument cluster (not visible from the outside)

All functions can be set in the menu (instrument cluster) if required (please download the function description online)

Important information:

The use of the LEIB CAN EXHAUST module does not generate any error messages.

The LEIB CAN EXHAUST module is automatically DISABLED when a BMW tester is connected to the vehicle.

To prevent dual functionality, the exhaust flap control functions can only be operated when the cruise control and the limit function are off.
