KW height-adjustable springs – the spring kit with infinitely variable lowering
KW height-adjustable springs are used to lower the vehicle in combination with the OEM dampers. Unlike conventional lowering springs, the ride height can be adjusted individually within the approved range. Vehicle-specific spring seats, matched KW springs made of chrome-silicon steel, suitable elastomers and dust protection systems ensure sporty yet balanced handling – while the adaptive OEM damper system of the RS5 remains fully active.
Requirements / Notes
- Only for vehicles with electronic damper control.
- Front + rear height-adjustable (spring kit consisting of front and rear springs with height adjustment, can only be used with OEM dampers).
- After installation: wheel alignment, headlight adjustment and, if necessary, calibration of the driver assistance systems according to manufacturer specifications.
- Plug-in hybrid: installation only by a workshop trained in high-voltage systems.
