According to H, the spring set 23041-1 fits&R-approval applies to both the RS5 Avant and the RS5 Sedan (B10). The only difference is the recommended adjustment dimension on the rear axle:

• Front axle adjustment dimension (both body types): 475–485 mm
• HA Avant adjustment dimension: 35–45 mm
• Rear axle adjustment dimension for sedan: 30–40 mm

• Spring set consisting of front and rear axle springs with height adjustment, used with the standard shock absorbers.
• After installation: Wheel alignment, headlight adjustment and, if necessary, calibration of the driver assistance systems according to manufacturer specifications.
• Plug-in hybrid: Installation only by a specialist workshop trained in high-voltage systems.
• Note the reduced ground clearance. Check the ball height (350–420 mm) on the trailer hitch.
• The actual lowering may vary depending on the equipment and mileage.
