Air duct inlet:

To transport air to the brake cooling outlet, a suitable inlet is essential. The G80/82 M3/M4 (as well as the Competition) already has inlet channels in the front bumper from the factory, but these end in the middle of the wheel well. To prevent the air from swirling randomly in the wheel well, we have developed an inlet channel that can be installed with minimal effort and connects the air to the outlet via a hose that runs around the wheel. No tools are required for installation; it simply replaces the original channel stub. The channel is based on the OEM channel and therefore uses the exact same connection points, making it 100% reversible without leaving any trace.

Air duct outlet:

For many vehicles, brake cooling is recommended even under moderate loads, and even outside of racetracks. This not only improves braking performance but also drastically reduces wear on the friction surfaces. Our backing plate utilizes airflow channeling to the center of the brake disc to harness the turbine effect for internal cooling. We direct the airflow at a specific angle to the disc to minimize heat loss and maximize the efficiency of the available air volume. The lightweight construction, combined with powder-coated aluminum, makes the backing plate sufficiently strong while remaining light and durable. Additionally, the bearings closest to the brake disc are shielded from heat to extend their lifespan (where necessary).
