Performance intercooler kit for VW T6 2.0TDI

The 2.0-liter TDI engine in the VW T6 models is equipped with an indirect charge air cooling system. The charge air cooling process is therefore carried out by a water-cooled intercooler, which is replaced by the WagnerTuning high-performance intercooler.

The WAGNERTUNING high-performance intercooler features a novel performance core measuring 150mm x 185mm x 114mm. Specifically developed to meet the demanding requirements of the VW engine, it offers 106% more external core volume compared to the original intercooler. The optimized ratio of internal to external cooling surface area ensures maximum heat transfer while simultaneously allowing for the best possible internal airflow. The cast aluminum end tanks were designed using CAD and optimized with CFD simulations. The result is outstanding cooling performance with minimal backpressure. Optimal cooling of the charged air leads to a significant increase in power!

All WAGNERTUNING intercoolers are equipped with a heat-conducting, anti-corrosion coating, ensuring long-lasting cooling performance. Installation of the system is also straightforward and plug-and-play thanks to our installation instructions. & play feasible.
