This emblem has been professionally refinished/painted matte black.

Product attributes:

Suitable for all VW Golf 7 pre-facelift models up to and including model year 2016, all body styles (3-door, 5-door, Variant, e-Golf) and all equipment variants.

NOT suitable for VW Golf 7 facelift models from model year 2017 onwards; for these you need the black VW emblem with article number: 11962.

NOT suitable for VW Golf 7 GTE models.

Black matte VW emblem/logo/lettering for your "grille"/for your "hood"

The dimensions are identical to the factory-installed emblem, as it is a genuine VW part.

These emblems are simply plugged in at the factory - therefore very easy to replace.

All emblems undergo extensive processing using several specialized procedures.

To ensure paint adhesion, the chrome surface is roughened and smoothed to prepare it for painting. The surface is then primed and coated several times with high-quality matte black paint.

Assembly:

Unclip the old emblem.

Clip the original emblem supplied here back into place - DONE!!
