All emblems are professionally pre-treated (due to the chrome) - primed - coated with multiple high-quality coats of paint and then sealed with clear lacquer.
Assembly:
Heat up the "old" emblem z.B. with a hairdryer (to soften the adhesive).
Peel off the emblem.
Clean this area.
Remove the protective film/backing film from the supplied emblem.
Stick on the supplied emblem - DONE!!
