Competition intercooler kit Ford Focus RS MK3

The Competition high-performance intercooler has the following core dimensions (630mm x 215mm x 125mm = 16,931cm³), offering a 10% larger airflow area and 72% more charge air volume compared to the original intercooler. The newly developed Competition high-performance core is extremely lightweight, so the complete intercooler weighs just 9.2kg. The intercooler end boxes are made of cast aluminum and were optimized using flow analysis in a CAD system. Integrated air baffles in the inlet ensure even filling of the intercooler. The connection diameters at the inlet and outlet have been increased to 70mm. Therefore, the kit includes two reinforced silicone hoses. The result is excellent cooling properties with minimal backpressure. This makes this kit ideal for racing. Installation takes place at the original mounting points and is easy to perform (1:1 exchange). Optimal cooling of the charged air with a significant increase in performance!
