With impressive core dimensions of 600 mm x 235 mm x 165 mm (stepped), it offers an astonishing 38% larger frontal area and a significant 78% increase in charge air volume compared to the stock intercooler. This results in a noticeable increase in performance and an improved overall driving experience.

Our high-performance mesh was specially developed and is distinguished by its quality. It consists of a tube-fin mesh with internal turbulators, which ensures optimal airflow and heat dissipation.

Although our intercooler is large, it weighs only 10.5 kg. This means you can increase the performance of your BMW without adding weight, which has a positive effect on driving dynamics.

Extensive flow optimization in the CAD system ensures that the cast aluminum end tanks of our intercooler deliver outstanding cooling performance with minimal backpressure. This is crucial for efficient power increase. All our intercoolers feature an anti-corrosion coating that not only prevents rust but also provides thermal conductivity. This ensures consistent and optimal cooling, which in turn improves performance.
