The revised Competition Gen.2 intercooler kit for Audi S4 B5 and A6 C4 2.7 Biturbo.

The high-performance intercoolers have the following core dimensions (220x215x90), offering a 38% larger inlet area and 90% more charge air volume compared to the original intercooler. The newly developed Competition high-performance core offers superior cooling properties using the latest tube-fin technology. The intercooler end boxes are made of cast aluminum and were optimized using flow analyses in a CAD system. The intercooler kit was developed specifically for the Audi S4. Optimal cooling of the charged air with a significant increase in performance!

This kit also includes air ducts made of visually appealing carbon fiber. Installation is done using the original mounting points and is very easy. The inlet and outlet connection diameters are 53mm.
