The 3.0-liter B58.2 turbo engine in the BMW and Toyota models listed is equipped with an indirect charge air cooling circuit. The charge air cooling process is therefore realized by a water-cooled intercooler, which is integrated directly into the intake manifold.

The WAGNERTUNING intake manifold with integrated intercooler features a new performance core, specifically developed for the demanding requirements and tight space constraints of the B58.2 engine. It offers 128% more external core volume than the original intercooler. The ratio of inner to outer cooling surface generates maximum heat transfer while simultaneously enabling the best possible internal airflow. Using CFD simulations, the solid, CNC-milled end boxes were designed for optimal airflow conditions. The result is excellent cooling properties with minimal backpressure. This kit is also suitable for racing. Optimal cooling of the charged air with a significant increase in performance!

All WAGNERTUNING intercoolers are equipped with a heat-conducting, anti-corrosion coating, ensuring a lasting cooling effect. Installation of the system is also straightforward and plug & play with the help of our installation instructions.
