Developed to meet the demanding requirements of the S58 engine, this exceptional kit features a custom Competition core with an impressive 50% larger external core volume compared to the original intercooler. The optimal ratio between inner and outer cooling surface area maximizes heat transfer while ensuring the best possible internal airflow. The end boxes, made of high-quality die-cast aluminum, were designed using CFD simulations for optimal airflow conditions, resulting in outstanding cooling properties with minimal backpressure. This kit is the perfect choice.

The cast aluminum end boxes were designed in CAD and optimized using CFD simulations for the best possible internal airflow. An integrated air duct in the end box ensures uniform filling of the Competition high-performance air intake system. The connection diameters have been increased to Ø67mm, so this kit comes with reinforced silicone hoses. Overall, this intercooler has significantly less backpressure than the stock intercooler.

Additionally, all our intercoolers feature an anti-corrosion coating with excellent thermal conductivity. This guarantees long-lasting and optimal cooling with a significant increase in performance. This complete, ready-to-install kit simply replaces the stock intercooler.
