Significantly enhance your VW ID.5 with the original white LED VW logo in the radiator grille.

With this retrofit package, the white illuminated VW logo in the radiator grille of your VW ID4 can be easily retrofitted.

Your VW ID.5 shines with a "new" shine with the white LED VW logo!

This special equipment can be ordered from the factory and is included in the "Design Package" for US models!

Scope of delivery:

• - 1x Original VW ID.5 sign with LED contour lighting
• - 1x pre-assembled cable set
• - 1x installation instructions

Installation time: approx. 1 hour

Product attributes:

Retrofitting the original, white illuminated VW ID.5 LED logo contour lighting (= white illuminated LED VW sign in the radiator grille) is possible on all VW ID.5 models of all years of manufacture.

NOT suitable for ID.5 models with surround camera system / "AreaView" / surround camera (= PR number: KA6, camera in the VW emblem).

The VW logo illuminates when the vehicle's lights are switched on, both when stationary and when moving. This is a great highlight on your all-electric VW ID4, especially at dusk or at night.

When you unlock the vehicle with your key (= Leaving Home / Coming Home) the VW sign lights up.

When the light of your ID.5 is turned off, the VW logo is also off.

Finally, no activation or coding work is required for this retrofit. The retrofit of the original illuminated VW LED logo works immediately after installation.

In the course of this conversion, the retrofitting of the illuminated LED contour lighting left + right next to the VW logo is also possible, this retrofitting package can be found under article no.: 14518

Important information:

VW currently offers the illuminated VW logo as factory-installed on US models.

Unfortunately, this cannot be ordered for European/German vehicles because, as far as we know, this type of illuminated sign is not roadworthy.

For this reason, we offer this retrofit package exclusively for SHOW/trade fair vehicles.

Please do not use on public roads - without a TÜV certificate!
