Seat Ibiza 6J Bluetooth music stream retrofit package

You want to stream/play music via Bluetooth from your mobile phone to your radio system.

Here we supply you with all the necessary parts for this very simple retrofit.

The control of the tracks and the display of the track names is done via the mobile phone - technically speaking, the audio signal is fed into the multimedia system via the AUX-IN input.

Product attributes:

The retrofitting of this A2DP Bluetooth interface for the transmission of audio signals (= streaming music via your mobile phone with the vehicle speakers) is possible on all SEAT Ibiza 6J models of all years of manufacture as well as all radio systems without a built-in AUX-IN input directly on the radio (= therefore NOT suitable for Radio Entry with PR number I8B) and without a built-in MDI music interface (= interface for USB / external media with PR number: UF6).

Any existing Bluetooth hands-free system can of course continue to be used in parallel.

Installation information:

• Disassemble the radio.
• Mount the cable set behind the radio and place the Bluetooth receiver permanently connected to it.
• Connect the power supply to the fuse holder.

Connecting a device:

• Ignition ON
• Open Bluetooth menu on your phone
• Search for Bluetooth receivers and connect once
• The device will beep once when the connection is successful. Your phone will then be permanently paired and will not need to be reconnected each time you start the vehicle.

Operation:

• Ignition ON
• Your already paired mobile phone will automatically connect
• Select the "AUX" source on the radio (if not already preselected from your last trip)
• Start the music output
