Mercedes C63S AMG W205 Active Valve Control Flap control

With Active Valve Control, you gain complete control over your exhaust valves. Whether you want to enjoy the exhaust sound with permanently open valves or prefer a quieter, closed valve sound, the module is plug-and-play connected to your vehicle, preserving the original condition. It requires no external buttons or remote controls; it can be easily operated using the original controls or via an app. (Performance Exhaust System / PAGA)

Features:

Complete control of the flaps; they can be opened/closed at any time. Protects the engine (safety function) - Driving at full throttle with the flaps closed can cause damage, so our module opens both flaps at a speed of approximately 5000 RPM to relieve the load on the engine.

Our flap module is connected plug&play in your vehicle and can be retrofitted at any time without leaving any residue.

Installation is easy inside, no annoying routing outside necessary!

You do not need any external buttons or remote controls, but can simply control the flaps using the original buttons in the vehicle.

The standard functionalities are available via the Agility Select menu.

You can still use the flaps via the button for your exhaust system, but with the addition:
When the button is activated, the flaps are now permanently/fully open and not only when the engine load is high.

• Function reversal via original key
  You have the option to return the flap control to the original mode at any time.
  This means: Would you like to temporarily deactivate the module? No problem: Briefly hold down the ESP button until the LED light appears on the speedometer. Then press the button again, and you'll have the original control system reactivated.
