ASR CB2-GEN2 exhaust flap control – Precise control for your exhaust flaps

The ASR CB2-GEN2 exhaust flap control allows you to directly control the exhaust flaps via the driving profiles and the set button – including SSA memory function. Developed for the Cupra Formentor VZ5, the module offers a reliable, plug-and-play upgrade for a dynamic driving experience.

Features at a glance

Driving profile control

• Cupra/Sport: flaps permanently open

• Comfort: Opens at 3,500 rpm or 80% accelerator pedal (just before kickdown)

• Offroad/Eco: Opens at 4,500 rpm or 80% accelerator pedal

Easy Switch
With a Double-click the Set or ESC key The flaps can be opened or closed independently of the driving profile. The automatic opening above 4,500 rpm remains active.

Series/Workshop mode
The module can be activated or deactivated via a key combination. In the deactivated state, the vehicle behaves almost exactly as it did in its original factory configuration.

Gearbox S-detection
When the transmission is set to "S", both flaps open automatically.

SSA Memory (from GEN2 onwards)
The start-stop system setting is saved and restored after each vehicle start.

Assembly

The installation is carried out plug and play In the footwell behind the A-pillar trim. Detailed instructions are included.
