Air duct inlet:

To transport the air to the brake ventilation outlet, a suitable intake is essential. The M2 F87 doesn't have factory intake ducts in the front bumper like the M2 Competition F87N, for example. Your car does, however, have two coolers on the sides behind the bumper! So why not utilize the existing airflow?

To prevent the air from swirling randomly in the wheel arch, we developed a guide duct that can be installed with minimal effort. It guides the air around the wheel and connects it to the outlet via a 40 cm long hose (on each side). Our tests have shown that this prevents significant back pressure from building up behind the radiator, and even at extreme speeds and increasing pressure, the ducts do not pose any obstacles to the escaping air behind the radiator.

Air duct outlet:

For many vehicles (including the M2), brake cooling is recommended even under moderate loads, even off the racetrack. This not only improves braking performance but also drastically reduces wear on the friction partners. Our brake armature plate channels the airflow to the center of the brake disc, harnessing the turbine effect to cool the disc from the inside. We direct the airflow at a specific angle to the disc to avoid scattered losses and utilize the available air volume with maximum efficiency. Thanks to its lightweight construction in combination with powder-coated aluminum, the brake armature plate is sufficiently strong, yet light and durable. In addition, the bearings closest to the brake disc are shielded from heat to increase their service life (if necessary).

In this case, we would ask you to refrain from making the last 1/4 turns of the steering wheel.
