Air duct inlet:

To transport the air to the brake ventilation outlet, a suitable intake is essential. The G80/82 M3/M4 (as well as the Competition) already has intake ducts in the front bumper from the factory, but these end in the middle of the wheel arch. To prevent the air from swirling randomly in the wheel arch, we developed an intake duct that can be installed with minimal effort and connects the air to the outlet via a hose around the wheel. No fastening tools are required for installation. It replaces the original duct connector. The duct is based on the OEM duct and thus uses exactly the same connection points, making it 100% residue-free retrofittable.

Air duct outlet:

For many vehicles, brake cooling is recommended even under moderate loads, even off the racetrack. This not only improves braking performance but also drastically reduces wear on the friction partners. Our brake armature plate channels the airflow to the center of the brake disc, harnessing the turbine effect to cool the disc from the inside. We direct the airflow at a specific angle to the disc to avoid scattered losses and utilize the available air volume with maximum efficiency. The lightweight construction combined with powder-coated aluminum makes the brake armature plate sufficiently strong, yet light and durable. In addition, the bearings closest to the brake disc are shielded from heat to increase their service life (if necessary).
