ASR CB2 exhaust flap control – Precise control for your exhaust flaps

The ASR CB2 exhaust flap control system allows you to directly and reliably control the exhaust flaps via Audi Drive Select and the ESP button. The system is fully integrated with the Audi SQ8 4.0 TFSI (4M) It is tuned and provides a variable sound profile – from subtle to sporty.

Drive Select (Individual: Engine Sound)

• Dynamic: flaps permanently open

• Car: Opens at 3000 rpm or 80% accelerator pedal position

• Comfort: Opens at 4500 rpm or 80% accelerator pedal position

Easy Switch (Double-click ESP)
A double-click on the ESP button allows the flaps to be fully opened or closed, regardless of the selected driving profile. The automatic opening above 4500 rpm remains active at all times.

Series mode/Workshop mode
The module can be activated or deactivated using a simple key combination. When deactivated, the vehicle functions as if it were in its original factory state – ideal for service appointments.

Assembly

Installation is particularly easy thanks to the plug-and-play concept. The module is connected directly to the exhaust flaps and the data bus – without any modifications to the original wiring harness.
