ASR CB2 exhaust flap control – Precise control of the exhaust flaps via Drive Select

With the ASR flap control CB2 Get the most out of your Audi RS3.
The module enables convenient control of the exhaust flaps via the Drive Select system and the ESP button – including SSA Memory, Misfire Memory and Workshop mode.

Features at a glance

Drive Select (Individual: Engine Sound):

• Dynamic: flaps permanently open

• Car: Opens at 3000 rpm or 80% accelerator pedal position (just before kickdown)

• Comfort: Opens at 4500 rpm or 80% accelerator pedal position (just before kickdown)

Easy Switch (double click ESP):
A double-click on the ESP button opens or closes the flaps independently of the Drive Select.
The automatic opening at 4500 rpm remains active.

Series mode/Workshop mode:
Press and hold the SSA button for 7 seconds – the module will be deactivated.
The vehicle returns to its original factory settings. The SSA indicator light automatically confirms activation or deactivation.

Gearbox S detection:
Will the gearbox be on S When set, both flaps open automatically.
(Function only available with original transmission coding.)

SSA Memory:
The start-stop system setting is saved and automatically restored after each vehicle start.

Misfire Memory:
The misfire (backfire noise) remains in mode Dynamic (Individual: Engine/Transmission) is retained even after the engine has started – no manual shifting is necessary.
(Not available for RS3 8V Facelift with OPF.)

Assembly

The installation is carried out Plug && Play in the footwell behind the A-pillar trim.
