Significantly enhance your Audi Q8 4M8 with the original rear view camera.
Here we supply you with the complete package for retrofitting the original rear view camera - especially suitable for your AUDI Q8 4M8.
+ Visual display of the live image on the screen as well as the active and moving auxiliary lines when steering
+ Activation of the live image when engaging reverse gear or by pressing the parking aid button
+ After briefly plugging it into the very easily accessible OBD diagnostic interface in the driver's footwell, the coding dongle supplied here uses the innovative APP that is already pre-configured for you to fully and automatically activate the rear view camera - NO further coding work with a tester and NO activation with an SVM activation code from an AUDI partner is necessary.

Please note the exclusion for vehicles from model year 2023 onwards with installed PR number NI8 (NI8 = Without UNECE CS (R155) and SU (R156) with SFD2-SG) or installed PR number NI7 (NI7 = With UNECE CS (R155) without SU (R156)).
Unfortunately, these models cannot be retrofitted or unlocked.

Vehicles of the model year 2023 with installed PR number NI0 (NI0 = Without UNECE CS&SU) or vehicles of the previous model years (e.g. 2022, 2021, etc., where this PR number does not yet exist) can still be retrofitted.

Retrofitting the original rear view camera / Rear Assist is possible on all AUDI Q8 / SQ8 / RSQ8 4M8 models of all years of manufacture with all installed MMI multimedia systems (e.g. PR number: I8T, 7UG, I8V, I8E) as well as all equipment variants.
Suitable for all AUDI Q8 models with all parking aid systems such as: rear parking aid (PR no.: 7X1), front + rear (PR no.: 7X2), park steering assistant (PR no.: 7X5) as well as suitable for your AUDI without parking aid (PR no.: 7X0).
The existing tailgate push button will be replaced 1:1 with the original AUDI Q8 4M8 push button with integrated reversing camera supplied here.
The included original Y-connector adapts the factory-installed water hose of the rear window wiper - so of course the convenient cleaning function of the rear camera also works - as factory-installed.
