Audi A6 4A C8 LED ambient lighting faucet base retrofitting package

Significantly enhance your AUDI A6 4A C8 with the original LED ambient lighting.

With this retrofit package, the three white LED light strips of the lighting package can be retrofitted very easily.

The LED strips are simply replaced in place of the currently installed "dummy strips" of your AUDI A6 4A C8.

You can then adjust the brightness of these LED light guides and also the brightness of the factory-installed LED footwell lighting in the footwell using the new "Ambient Lighting" menu item in your MMI, thus dimming the lighting in your AUDI A6 to your liking.

The ambient lighting naturally also lights up while driving, as installed at the factory.

• - 1x Original AUDI A6 4A C8 light guide with LED driver left
• - 1x Original AUDI A6 4A C8 light guide with LED driver right
• - 1x Original AUDI A6 4A C8 light guide with LED passenger
• - 1x Original AUDI A6 4A C8 trim panel driver's side (depending on model)
• - 1x Original AUDI A6 4A C8 trim panel passenger side (depending on model)
• - 3x pre-assembled cable set
• - 1x installation instructions (German)

Retrofitting the original white LED ambient lighting in the front interior is possible on all AUDI A6 / S6 / RS6 4A C8 models of all years of manufacture, all body styles (Avant, Limousine, allroad) and all equipment variants without a currently installed lighting package (= PR number: QQ0).

The currently installed non-illuminated plastic elements are simply replaced with the supplied original LED light guides.

The necessary trim panels with additional recesses for the light guides will be planned and delivered for you depending on the chassis number provided.

Activation of the retrofit:

The procedure for activation using a diagnostic system (e.g. VCDS / ODIS) is described in the installation instructions.

If you do not have a diagnostic system, we recommend that you carry out the activation using the KECODI coding interface. You can use this interface to order the activation required for this retrofit via online booking.
