Audi A6 4A C8 ambient lighting light package LED door retrofit package

Significantly enhance your AUDI A6 4A C8 with the original adjustable ambient lighting in the door.

With this retrofit package, the white LED light bar can be easily retrofitted into the door of your AUDI A6 4A C8.

Scope of delivery:

• - 1x Original AUDI A6 4A C8 light guide (depending on the door)
• - 1x Original AUDI A6 4A C8 LED light white (depending on door)
• - 1x pre-assembled cable set
• - 1x installation instructions (German)

Installation time: approx. 30 minutes per door

Product attributes:

Retrofitting the original ambient lighting (= white LED light package, controllable, PR number QQ1) of the doors is possible on all AUDI A6 / S6 / RS6 4A C8 models of all years of manufacture, all body styles (Avant, Limousine, allroad) and all equipment variants.

The currently installed non-illuminated plastic element is simply replaced with the supplied original LED light guide and connected to the door control unit (which is located inside each door).

You can then adjust the brightness of this light guide and also the brightness of the factory-installed LED footwell lighting using the new "Ambient Lighting" menu item in your MMI, thus dimming the lighting in your AUDI A6 to your liking.

The ambient lighting naturally also lights up while driving, as installed at the factory.

Activation of the retrofit:

The procedure for activation using a diagnostic system (e.g. VCDS / ODIS) is described in the installation instructions.

If you do not have a diagnostic system, we recommend that you carry out the activation using the KECODI coding interface. You can use this interface to order the activation required for this retrofit via online booking.
