The newly developed Competition high-performance core (Tube Fine) ensures optimal performance for adjacent components, such as... z.Bsp.  The intercooler still allows sufficient airflow despite the water cooler and is also very lightweight. As a result, the intercooler has a total weight of only 8.9 kg. The cast aluminum end tanks were designed using CAD and optimized for the best possible internal airflow using CFD simulations. An integrated air guide in the end tank ensures homogeneous filling of the Competition high-performance core. The intercooler's inlet and outlet have been enlarged to Ø 70 mm, therefore this kit comes with reinforced silicone hoses.\u003c\/p\u003e  \u003cp\u003e  \u003c\/p\u003e  \u003cp\u003eOverall, this intercooler has significantly less backpressure than the factory-installed intercooler.
